We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

The parcel arrived within the estimated time of arrival. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged, so; I cannot use it as a gift. Regardless of the damages, it arrived safe and sound and it came with a bag which is convenient to storage and helps me to send it as a gift for my niece and nephew. Great toy! The child is almost 3 years old, i liked the designer. We played together for a very long time. The box is certainly damaged by mint and slightly even torn. But the toy is not a gift but for yourself. In the box there was also a bag on the zip fastener for cards and a bag for figures.
Great product and very entertaining for the young minds. My 3+ years old son loved it and has not stopped playing with it since I have opened the box an hour ago! Win win.

The goods came very quickly, all over the way tracked. The order was issued 01.04, and 19.04 came to the post office. The box is a little wrinkled, and otherwise everything is of good quality. There are no extraneous odors. The goods are satisfied, i recommend the store.
